I know this might sound like a stupid question, but where can you go to bargain for diamonds?

I know you can bargain in the Downtown Jewelry District, but can you bargain at Costco, Sam’s Club, or at Robins Brothers?

coz I am getting a dell with similar specs for about 0 less. but i really need a low-maintenance, durable, reliable PC.the lenovo model i am getting is G530 L dual core 15.4 in.thanks in advance.
I wish to konw if the extra 0 I spend will be worth it.

After comparing shopping at regular stores and wholesale stores I only found a few pennies difference. I think the only great thing is buying in bulk. Plus paying for a membership is way over the top for a regular person (not business)YOU tell me.
